Tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis is associated with the inflammation of the tendons of the lateral (outside) of the elbow. These tendons (extensor tendons) are involved with extension of the wrist (holding your hand in a stop sign position). Pain may also be felt simply lifting a coffee cup or turning a doorknob.

At Your Osteopath we successfully treat this condition with needling techniques and electrotherapy combined with the correct exercises and bracing techniques.
